Coming to get rid of my temporary ban

Hey i was banned for protection by roary in october. I was banned because i was pretty sure someone had access to my login and i wanted to be safe.
He had asked for a new email for my account but i didnt have time for a few months because of college exams and what not so id like to try and get this settled now?
