Why im i ban ?

hi, i would like to know why im i ban , i never done nothing wrong on this site i registered 3-4 month ago and started doing runescape powerleveling services , i always been legit , everyone liked my service. I just came back from New york for vacation and seen my account ban , can i have more info please ?

I am actually doing order for people so if i cant get paid via sythe i will have to stop all those orders and would make people mad as well im mad for my customer cause i never done nothing wrong and now im banned
