Hello, i was trying to sell an amazon giftcard and i had some random guy on skype tell me that he has some refund service he does. I asked himt to explain since ive never heard of it and this is the explanation he gave me...

"I have the knowledge to acquire a refund for the item you purchased. I do this by calling Amazon and using my skills to provide them with a story which means I won't have to return the item (harder than it sounds). They will then accept it and issue a full refund to your account. I will then ask for 10% of the order price as a service fee. So say you buy a PS4 for $400. You have the PS4. I then refund it. You then get the $400 back. You pay me $40 for the service. You have your PS4 and $360. "

Now that sounds awesome and all but also too good to be true. Does anyone know if this is a real and legit service or if its just a scam? And if it is legit, is there any possible way that i can get scammed by either him or by having retaliation from amazon. Any info helps, thank you.
