Login Issue

I submitted the Password Recovery form with my registered e-mail address ([email protected]) and was given this message: http://puu.sh/mdKzz/c02c081fd9.jpg

I waited some time and I received no e-mail, I then attempted to login again and was given the same prompt and followed the same procedure. No e-mail. Rinse and repeat a few times. I have 2FA on my account, if it matters. I am also posting this from my home IP.

Skype: optimistic.oddity (would appreciate if this was edited out after issue is resolved, I don't like to publicly post my Skype)

Any help?

Did you check your spam / junk folder? Alternatively we can try with other email.
