Explanation of the trade: $65 for a script

How they scammed: Pawned off his script knowing it wouldn't be updated instead of referring me to the person who made his script. The script also didn't work for me.

I'l go through all of the screenshots to clarify them and why this report is completly out of place.

This is true, I don't know why he added it in. When I illegaly sold him the script, I never said I'd update it. I promised him a script that works (which it does, if you want prove of this contact me, I'm running this on a vps you can login & watch to see + check if it's the same file, if necessary.)

I've been talking a lot with rare, and his opinion is that the admins should decide, he knows the script works for me.

I NEVER bribed Rare. I told him, I will send 65$ your way no matter what as I did profit that off your script, if I'm found to refund PA I will send BOTH 65$, if I don't have to refund PA I will send Rare 100$ instead of 65$ because of his amazing support since I've purchased the script.

A funny attempt of PA trying to fuck me over because he's mad. Rare's script does not include this, he put it in in the NEW script PA bought off Rare, this is simply a lie and it doesn't include this on the script I've got.

PA KNEW the script was made by Rare, and possibly read the TOS aswell (I'm going to be honest - I didn't, no excuse, my fault.) just to fuck me over because for whatever reason he doesn't like me?

This has been discussed with Video. I won't be given a TWC on my unban and from what Video said I do not have to refund PA (This was before PA told him the script doesn't work.)

Now, yesterday at 5:30 PM I messaged PA that Video was working on it and that I most likely won't have to refund him as the script works completly.
BUT if I am found to refund PA , I would, he knew this and yet he made the report giving false information.

Lastly, yesterday I told Rare Scripts about this and he made one exception for his TOS and fixed the 1 issue PA had with the script, which means it's fixed now and I sent it to PA, here's his response.

I'm not trying to fuck anyone over lol. I just want a refund as what you did was illegal anyways. You sold it to me illegally, so you're supposed to pay me back for what I bought. You could've referred me to Rare Scripts, but instead you wanted to save a few bucks and pawn off your script to me. I just want my money back, I don't want you banned at all, but that's not up for me to decide.

Again, PA has a working script, Rare told me it was ok for once as long as he got the $$ from the profit (means that's it's not illegal anymore)

PA also knew exactly where it was from (told him I had it made for me by Rare) and I sent him a 6 minute video of the whole script in action before we decided to make the sale final.

If I don't have to repay him (really don't see why I should) please close this, if I do tell me and I will.

I don't have a working script. The one you gave me was broken, and you asked Rare to fix it. You bribed him to edit it, even though his ToS SPECIFICALLY STATES that he does not update re-sold scripts. You then tried to give me the fixed one, and I declined and didn't download it. I deleted the busted script you gave me expecting to be refunded and purchased a new one from Rare Scripts for 40m, which can be found in his vouches.

Here's a picture saying that rare agrees with me getting a 100% refund. He even offered $30 if I didn't get it...

Gracious bought it for $130, sold it to me for $65. He was banned for 1 month even though according to the rules it should be permanent. Gracious was unbanned after a long discussion which I was not a part of. I deleted the broken script and bought a new one from Rare with proof in his vouches.

Yes, it is all correct.

 

Gracious has a script he's happy with.
PA has a script he's happy with.
Rare Scripts made two sales.

Refund PA the original payment and everyone move on, I don't see how all users involved can't be happy with this outcome

 

Gracious sent me $65.00.

This can be closed, he should remain unbanned.
