Reporting Wub to craft for scamming me!!!!!!

So i had thread of me wanting to buy 10m runescape 07 gp for 10$, "Wub to craft" messaged me on Skype saying that he will sell me the 10m for 10$.
Then he offered to me if i want to see his vouches, so he sent me a link, and sure enough there were many vouches and he looked trusted.
We agreed on where to meet, and that i will go first(cuz he is trusted).... I sent him the 10$, right after i told him "sent" boom, my connection was lost( i dont know if its from my internet or he ddosed me ) but a few seconds later i told him im back, he was offline, and of course never gave me the 10m we agreed on.

It's an imposter, his skype is "wubtubby" but you spoke to "wubcraft"
