So I got about 10M on ORSGP. I was wondering how much 1-94 mage and 1-99 range costs and if anyone know the fastest most effective methods for getting there. My current stats at 60 attack and 75 strength and I'm 1 def. Also anyone know the current prices for these skills so I know how much GP to buy?

You could do mage for really cheap if done via splashing, range will be around 30m + if using a blowpipe, alot more if you choose to do chinning

Are you planning on staying 1 defence? The fastest methods for training mage/range are bursting/chinning at Ape Atoll, but the gp/xp depends on what gear you'll have access to. Assuming you are, I'd estimate ~6-7 gp/xp for bursting and ~10 gp/xp for chinning so it'll probably come to a little over 200m in total for both stats 70-99.

I'd recommend simply autoclicking the mage. I have a good autoclicker if you're on Windows 7.

Yeah, but that's with the most fastest/most expensive methods. The price of chins have risen so much that I don't know if using them is worth it right now. NMZ blowpiping is a good alternative @ ~5-6 gp/xp but I think that pretty much every decent magic training method will run you at least ~4 gp/xp.

EDIT: Just saw you were only looking to get 94 mage. I'd price the total cost at closer to ~100M if you opt out of bursting/chinning, but yeah you should be prepared to spend a fair bit.

Honestly I just wanted 90+ str, 90+ range, and 94 mage to decently pk. You think I could do all this with a bank of 100M?

I'd recommend chickens until about 20, barbarians til 30, hill giants til 40, then move to rock crabs.

Actually holding a d scim/d long would net you better xp if you decide to cannon as the cannon uses your main hand to calculate accuracy, doesn't matter if it's slash and not ranged.

You're new to 07 and starting with a pure? Why? Train combat skills as you PvM for a steady cash flow.

Rock crabs have 1 defence so it shouldn't matter what level you start training there at. You might get better xp training on chickens/cows early on but IMO if you choose to cannon it's better to just stay at this one spot because it's multi and when the levels fly by you won't have to move.

90-99 range is a huge jump, only getting 90 will save you an insane amount of gold. Same for magic.
