    So, are you allowed to pay any form of payment to get people to use your referral link?
    Not that I plan on doing this, just seen some people do it

    Paying not sure, but if they are buying something and you give small discount for it , then I think it should be allowed.

    Paying people to mass create proxy accounts isn't allowed.

    If I say: If you aren't already registered, click here (referral link) and register to get 1m, it would be allowed.
