Need a good starter guide for beginners

How the fk do i aim? The bullets don't even hit.. can someone screenshot their settings and post them below. Im planning on actually playing this after quitting and going back to Call of duty.

 

Just practice; don't move while shooting, don't spray. Play on a low sensitivity, learn one map at a time.

 

Already know each map but its so difficult to actually get them kills lol just me i guess..

 

Just go on a custom practice map and practice aiming. There are plenty of maps that let you practice your aim, google practice aim csgo.

 

I'm no pro, but I've racked up 3k hours.

Having a shit ton of hours in csgo does not make you good at the game....

 

Don't move while you shoot is number one tip
Crouching while shooting helps a lot
Control the spray (learn the pattern of each weapon)
Don't spray non-stop, I suggest shooting 2-3 bullet at a time with most of the guns aka ak47/m4a4/m4a1-s and stuff like that

 

This. Also, aim higher. Even if it looks wrong or feels uncomfortable, just keep your crosshair at head-level whenever possible. If you ever want some tips or practice games just PM me and I'll give you my Steam.

 

And communicate with your teammates! Use call-outs, have their backs, try to lead the game by telling them where to go, don't offend them in anyway and most important keep a positive attitude.

I play on 1k dpi and 5 sens, low sensitivity has nothing to do with being good (global btw)
