Account password recovery

I have not reset my password in 6 months, so sythe wants me to make a new one. I followed the steps, found the recovery email and got the numerical password needed to make a new password. The problem is...when I enter the numerical password given to me by sythe via email It re-routes me to the 6 month password recovery steps. I am stuck in an endless loop and cannot reset my password correctly

You should be fine with the email, after using it to recover your info/change your PW it should send you to a change password page.
