Scammed for 180$ by Martiankid for his Max Runescape Main

Explanation of the trade:
It was 190$ for his Maxed rs3 account. He lowered 10$ off so I brought 180$ worth of Rs3 which was 650m from Probemas.
How they scammed: He made me pay money to a old paypal and my money was refunded because he didn't have the account anymore. It would be refunded to my bank account so I would most likely have to wait a couple days for it to be refunded (which I did), because it was his fault he made me send to a old paypal he said he would take 10$ off so it was 180$ that I paid equilvant to Rs3 gp which was 650m. I would like a reimbursement of 180$.

Banned, a scam clearly occurred

Why was only 400m traded though - it doesn't add up with what you are claiming of 650m

 

I paid him in two separate payments First payment of 250m On tuesday. I had to wait for paypal to refund my full amount because I only had a certain amount in my bank account. He told me if I pay half I could play on the account. I only had 90$ Canadian left in my account which was 250m Rs3. When paypal refunded me then I would pay the remaining amount which was 400m. Then he would swap the details when he received the remaining 400m. When I traded him it he sent me a message saying okay swapping email then one second later I was blocked. I couldn't believe this as I was talking with the guy for 3 days and he seemed like a really nice guy. Guess this just shows you can't trust anyone literally.
