Sword Art Online Tag - Revan

I think its okay, its a little bland IMO. Any tips on how to make it better?

Not a fan of the font, and it's style in regards to the work itself, doesn't match too well imo. Other else than that. looks nice

 

Too monotone, the text, specifically font, doesn't fit the tag, and the focal point doesn't blend too well with the image. It's not bad.

 

I totally agree, I made the one in my signature, and also this. What do you think?

 

Like your sig in the OP, I feel like the text stands out a bit too much. It's decent overall, though. ^^

 

The text colour could be experimented on as you seem to always keep it grey. The vignette of the sig dosent contribute to anything other than making the sig more dull since the bg itself is pretty dark. Riven's sword seems to be the focal which was probably not as intended. Maybe moving riven more to the left could work. Scanlines seem unnecessary also.

I dont really make sigs so I dont know much but if you want you can use the comments.

Regarding the top signature, I'd try blurring the background render a bit, adding a stroke or outer glow to the foreground render to help it mix with the brushing/render behind it. I'd give the text more of a blue color and a bit darker than it is now. It stands out a little too much as it is now. Once again, excellent use of color and I like the concept!

See, I like that one quite a bit. Again, it's just matching the font to the picture. But what you've done with the picture, it looks fantastic.
