Oiiz ban for no reason

My account Oiiz was ban on 12/15/2015. Dave, ban my account shortly after I paid him $25 / 32m 07 gp on sythe to get the $25 donator badge. After he took the trade he ban my account immediately and said I was HaatMeneer. I have no affiliation with whoever that is.

He then said that I was him giving no evidence other than his ban profile. He said that our Skypes were the same but no proof of it. I don't understand why dave would take the money then ban me after. I did not, nor have I ever scammed anyone and he blamed me for being someone who I am not.

I want to re-establish the only punishment I've ever gotten on this site was for bumping threads to many times, I have never scammed anyone and I am not this HaatMeneer that Dave claims I am.

You can track the IP addresses, or look at the skypes, I have no clue who this person he thinks I am.
