Doesnt matter if oakdice rwt's or not. There is no way to prove oakdice's account was banned because of the reddit post. Since when do we award repayment for speculation? Oakdice also firmly states he doesnt rwt. So his ban must have been a jagex error. Dont blame skittle for Oakdice attention seeking. This ban could have been in the works for weeks. We will never know and making skittle pay for it is absurd. Skittle did a dick move by posting im sure we all agree. However Oakdice was given multiple opportunities to shut the fuck up and leave the spam forum. He was warned by me personally and several others. We all knew this would happen...

 

I doubt the reddit post was the reason for oakdice's ban. his account was bound to get caught eventually and it was sheer coincidence that it happened the same time bleu made the post.

 

100% agree + what proof is there that there was 30M on his account? Why would blue have to repay this if there is no solid proof?

Most of staff decision making is based on speculation supported by evidence given to us. To say that his post was not the cause of Oak being banned soon after it being published is also speculation. We've gone over the situation, and assessed the possibilities on both ends.

So you're ignoring the fact that his account was banned literally 2 hours after the reddit post? That's too much of a coincidence to ignore.

Even if you ignore that fact, Bleu still went out of his way to post information that will damage OakDice and that should be punishable.. Maybe not with a perm ban though.

Also he was basically lured into the spam forum by a thread about him where false feedback was posted onto his PB account... He stopped posting in the spam forum until that thread was posted... His last post in SF was actually in October if i searched correctly, so he did exactly what you told him to do and this is what he got from it.

If oakdice got banned for RWT, thats Jagex's concern, I don't however see how bleu should repay for that, reddit posts or not. It just means oakdice was being monitored and therefore does RWT... hence the ban?

 

So if i post lets say, r2p's mule account name and 2 hours later he gets banned for RWT i shouldn't be held accountable or at least punished?

If according to bleu the evidence is 2+ years old why wasn't he banned in the last 2 years? The only thing that's changed or is new is the reddit post so its not a stretch to say he was banned because of the reddit post.

But anyway, the reddit post itself went too far. Even if Oak wasn't banned

 

Honestly, if Oakdice is blatantly false advertising that he does not RWT (thus attracting people who think RWTing is bad, or think that it will lessen their chance of trading an RWT linked account), someone addressing that with proof (even offsite) should not be considered an offence. However, if Jagex was deliberately contacted with RWT info about a Sythe member, that is a different story.

 

He was 100% reason why i was banned. Even if i did RWT why the fuck would i rwt on a account that has desert treasure fire cape 20m dmm worth of stats? it was also my public account i put on my videos and twitter.

When you ban someone for rwt its kind of a assumption if you think about it, how can they know 100% for certian someone is rwting without bank statements from the transaction? plus im the easiest target to be honest, because everyone claims i rwt, so its easy to just use mis interpreted info to ban me lol

Even if you think i rwt or not, going out of your way to harm another sythe member in that fashion i think its completely out of the matter.

Edit : my account was banned hours after his post on the same day i have proof of this, plus the account was made months ago, your telling me out of all those months they choose to ban me after he puts miss guided and jaggered info about me on reddit? a place where most ppl dont even understand sythe.

 

True true true, but if i was being monitored why was i not banned after making multiple tweets on my official twitter about the account? why was i not banned weeks after making the account? i was banned right after he posts all the info, which i have explained in my video.

 

my post on twitter spending 30m ddm on my account 2 days before he posted on reddit and got me banned.

Oh and by the way ive made a new account if anyone wants to fucking ban it also btw.... SMH so fucking sad dude

Unless you get Jagex to confirm that is why they banned him, there is literally no proof that the post got him banned. It is 100% circumstantial and there is certainly reasonable doubt

little dumb (and dickish) for posting it on reddit and not sythe, but no way warrants a ban

if you're on a blackmarket forum and are taking part in activities that are bannable in-game, you know the risk. Someone simply exposing your actions doesn't make them responsible for your actions
