Wrongfully banned AGAIN - Banned without sufficient evidence AGAIN

Hello Sythe. I honestly never thought I'd have to do this again, but here I go.

Let me start with the reason why I was banned:
You have been banned for the following reason:

"Evasion - john moe1

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

If you feel that this ban was given in error, you may explain why you think so by following these instructions:"

First off, who is John Moe? John Moe is a popular writer and radio host. For the same reason why I was banned for supposedly evading the user "Ronaldo_7", I was banned for having the same username as another famous person....

I don't feel the need to explain this any further as this is such insufficient evidence, but do you really think I would OPENLY post the display name of an account with the same username as a ban evader if I were TRULY evading? Do you really think I would further HIGHLIGHT that fact with a thread edit:



if I were ban evading this user? I really don't understand how moderators could draw such minuscule links and somehow use this clearly insufficient evidence and make it sufficient to warrant a permanent ban.

To the moderator who banned me, I am willing to provide EVERY and ANY source of information you need in order to prove that I am not this user. Please add me on skype if need be - live:sythecr7

One last EXTREMELY IMPORTANT point I'd like to make. I find it disturbingly wrong that I could be banned for this reason. Literally, let me give a scenario:


Lets say Bogla is selling a Runescape account with the name "John1" and he openly displayed the display name on his account selling thread on sythe. If someone were to create a sythe account named "John1" and somehow get banned on sythe, would you ban Bogla as well for having a similar display name to the one of the banned user?

If that is true, people could easily have people banned on sythe simply by making sythe accounts of people's log in names and purposely getting banned. Do you see where I am getting with this?

Again I am extremely disappointed with the way this is handled. Not just because this is EXTREMELY insufficient evidence to warrant a ban, but because this is the 2ND time it has happened to me specifically. I really do hope this can be resolved immediately.

I'm with super on this one. Not only does the account name match the sythe account in question, it also matches your location. The only thing different between you two is the ISP, which definitely could've been changed in a 3 year span.

 

Thank you, Ghast, for finally giving some attention to my thread.

I cannot explain how these 2 accounts match in location, as I have been living here for the past 4 1/2 years. Never have I changed ISP, and I can prove that by possibly sending documents of payment bills to my ISP that date back 3-4 years ago.

 

I'm not sure how that would prove you aren't that person.

 

I'm not sure either. You provided me with your statement, and I'm providing counter evidence. Ghast I'm just aiding you guys so I could get banned as soon as possible. Video has added me on skype but has requested nothing from me, all I'm doing is waiting.

Currently you guys have inconclusive evidence of me being a different user, and this isn't the first time this has happened. It would be extremely helpful if you guys could tell me what I need to provide and I will happily do so.

I'm currently banned for links that have the slightest connection. Whats worse about it this time around is that I had more of a link with the previous user I was supposedly banned for evading, yet this dispute is taking longer to process. Had this been handled in any court of law using the current evidence on the table, the judge would of dismissed the case days ago as I am clearly not guilty without reasonable doubt. I don't see how I have to prove that I am not somebody when there is a shortcoming of even the slightest link to prove that I am.

Again I am here to fully cooperate with you guys to prove that I am not this user. Just LET ME KNOW what I need to provide.

 

Unfortunately there is nothing you can provide to prove you are not this user and there is a lot of evidence tying you 2, not all of which is being made public nor are we obligated to make it public. You will have to remain banned for this but you are welcome to submit a pardon
