Happy Holidays Guys!:

We have decided to bring the Christmas Karaoke back due to popular demand, requested by the community! This time, the event prizes are better than ever! Let your hair down, forget about the nerves and present your best entry! Don't be ashamed of your voice, we all know how much it sucks to hear yourself speak though, everybody is here to have fun, and hey, what if you won some sweet prizes ?

In order to participate, you'll need to present a Christmas themed song (possibly over an instrumental). Everybody is equal in their vocal presentations, quality of microphone will not be assessed or a determining factor of voting.

Prizes:

ALL participants will receive at least one prize point! Please see the main thread for details!.

In addition, the 3 best vocal presentations will win something extra!

• First place: $125 + 3 additional prize points + Christmas 2015 minirank!
• Second place:$75 + 2 additional prize points + Christmas 2015 minirank!
• Third place: $25 + 1 additional prize point + Christmas 2015 minirank!

To enter:

• Upload a clip to www.youtube.com and post the link here
• Alternatively go to www.vocaroo.com, record and then post the link here
• Present your entry no later than December 31st (We reserve the right to extend this)

Rules:

• You must introduce yourself on the clip "This is [username here] from Sythe.org, Christmas karaoke entry" before starting.
• The clip must be of yourself, anyone found cheating will be disqualified and given the banned from competitions usertitle.
• It must be a relevant, seasonal song (any culture) specific to this time of year.

The more entertaining the better, this is a karaoke after all - so you don't even need to have a good voice! Put on a show!
The entries will be judged by the community development team based on entertainment factor - winners will be announced sometime after the event is over.

I wouldn't be looking to participate myself - could I upload for an IRL friend that knows about sythe but isn't that invloved with it?

 

Don't be embarrassed to participate folks, I wrote an entire Sythe-themed parody of Jingle Bells last year and sounded like a queef but I couldn't care less. Do it for the $$$

 

Unfortunately, you must be the one singing. However, he could create a Sythe account to participate
