Thoughts on Revolver?

As you guys know, the R8 Revolver recently came out, and was wondering what you guys thought about it? Personally, I think that it's a pretty cheap gun considering that its essentially a one shot close range gun. I basically consider it a mini-awp lol. What are your thoughts?

 

I don't play much anymore, but on Reddit people are all up in arms (geddit?)

From the sounds of it, it does seem stupidly overpowered. 404 damage headshot, 1 shot kill etc.

Seems absurd

 

How is that absurd lol? Should've seen the deagle pros back in the CS:S days hah.

 

Yeah - I don't play CS:GO anymore but after reading reddit, looking at it's spray whilst strafing in one video on youtube... It's stats + cost just don't make it balanced at all. Tbh tempted to reinstall just to muck around with it. :>

 

The deagle was never a 1 shot kill through armor since it was put in the original game, with the exception of a headshot.

 

It's essentially a half priced swag-7.... It needs a bit of a nerf.

It's not that good after the recent nerf.

 

I kind of like the look of the revolver

 

I hate the revolver especially now that it is nerfed.

I'm not a fan of the R8, I'll stick with the Deagle.

Indeed it does suck now, even though some people still said it was overpowered after it's nerf. I'm not sure if it does suck now actually, does it or is it fair now? Once you hit someone it can still do quite some damage.
