Cant recover my old account

Hello, my old account name was: Fortuna, i haven't been able to sign on it for 3 years .. the registered email is [email protected], I have access to the email, but when I try to recover the password I get no email from sythe to my mailbox..

I've seen people with simillar problem to tihs.. my account has been inactive for 3 years so chances are that i moved houses.. i would udnerstand if it would be a problem if it wasn't incative for so long but you should be able to help me with this..
