Cant access the email my account was created with

Hello. Trying to log in I get this message: "Your password is older than six months. For security reasons we now require you verify your account via your registered email address. Please use the following link to reset your password"

Unfortunately I've lost access to the email address registered to this account as the provider shut down. The email was j**de.l**t**e*@netti.fi, I would like to change this to same beginning but ending to @wippies.fi as that is my new email.

It is the only email address ever registered to the account, has never been changed. Password I'm not sure I have ever changed but it's 3 letters and 3 numbers in a pattern that can easily be made with keyboard. I would rather not post it here.
