Refund a scam I had done.

I had scammed Marketmaster an RS account worth $200 USD. As it got the best of my intentions. The account is no longer retrievable, and I had chargedback the funds I paid him for the account.

I have tried to be in contact with him several/numerous amount of times now, in order to make a refund to him. But he doesn't seem to respond. What can I do next? Can I have this $200 USD given to Sythe organisation/company itself?

i can't even find his skype, so if you have that, that's teh best way to contact him
