Re-ban selling sig space posts

I don't know where the rule went, but back when signature/usertitle sales were in the Non-Game sales section that posts buying signature/usertitle spaces were allowed, but posts selling them were not. It was a pretty welcome change, I remember the front page of the sales section being completely cluttered with a ton of people with threads renting our their signature spaces. Re-implementing this rule would be a preventative measure against this happening again in the Sand Box.

We moved it to the sandbox for this very purpose. Quality is not of importance when it comes to the sandbox in comparison to digital currency and non-game sales.

nothing personal haha. the provenance of the change goes something like this, for those interested:

jack goff noticed that we had that sticky in that forum without staff having discussed the topic at all, so we talked about it last week and decided to shift it over to the sandbox. amazingly, our discussion generated more posts than any other discussion in the past year (!!), and we think we've made the right choice. that said, if things get out of hand, we'll make other changes as needed in the future.
