Explains his "multiple accounts" Also has an IP audit of this account on his new one. Either this is very very very coincidental or this is the guy.

Also, i can't ever resolve the guy.. his skype is set to perm (appear offline) even though hes on and speaking with you

 

i think he's actually ban evading other accounts as well (this ip lookup seems familiar). banned though, good sleuthing!
