Noticed on December 3rd someone tried resetting the password twice. Just tried logging on today and the i was unable to. The accounts been recovered and password changed.

I also added my own riot points to the account as well. Im out 45 i paid for the account and two 25.00 cards as well.

 

asked eloedge to resolve the situation - have you talked to them at all?

 

I have not contacted them yet. Soon as the account was recovered i immediately reported. I wanted to give mods the option to immediately ban him in case of a possible mass recovery.

edit: Sent them a sythe pm, skype message, facebook message and, sent them a email. I think thats fair enough?

 

What a shit company! They apparently believe i havent shown valid evidence that the accounts been recovered. They want me to jump through their hoops. Ive messaged them on facebook, sythe and skype. I filled out a ticket with my contact email. They denied it stating it wasnt linked to any purchases. (It asked for contact email not the payment email) Due to the shit customer service and half ass attempts to solve the issue i wont be emailing them again. They have 2 valid ways of contacting me and settling this issue. Skype and Sythe PM. Im not jumping through anymore asian hoops.

The information they asked for was provided in this scam report. They didnt even actually read it or look at any of the information or screen shots provided. They blocked me on skype when my computer crashed and sent me messages via skype. I asked them to unblock me so i could copy/paste the original email showing all the details provided to me. They are refusing to refund me or anything. They say i have zero claim to the account being recovered. When i first purchased this account i "assumed" they created it. I was unaware they bought and resold accounts. If i had known this i would have never purchased from them. I assumed they could recover the account or figure out which worker went rogue. Upon finding out they actually sold me a 2nd hand account i was furious. However now they want me to contact riot and prove the account has been recovered. Im unsure and unaware of how i should go about this. Ive never had a issue with League accounts and ive never tried to recover one. I dont want to incriminate my I.P. either. considering ive had several smurf accounts banned previously. If someone familiar with League could assist this situation id be grateful.

Also, did you buy the account Nov 11th, 2015? If so, they do offer a 30 day warranty.
