Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Since the fifa coin refund+compensation was around 2 years ago, I haven't keep any proof. All I can say is that my reputation, vouches and trust have grew and grew on the site whilst also becoming a upgraded member. I have no negative reputation and no open scam reports against me.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Back in February 2015 I had a pardon accepted on Sythe allowing me to return. Within a few days of returning, I had started to regain a very basic reputation, getting around 5 vouches in 2 days or so. To my surprise, I was then banned again. Wondering what I had done wrong, I quickly looked into the disputes to find the scam report.


A) Scamming Incident - Yes it looks bad on my part. I went to pay him to find my paypal limited, panicked before then compensating + refunding the coins. The scam report was quickly settled. Since the incident I have came along way on that site, accumulating a lot of rep aswell as becoming an ub3r member. This incident was back in 2013, I have matured and learned to deal with situations much better then the unprofessional manner I acted in this case. This is echoed by my successful Virtual Games Shop(RS related), where I have accumulated a sense of trust by customers.
B) E-Whoring -
Was I involved in e-whoring? Yes
How long for? I tried it once in 2012 but never grasped it before when needing money in November of last year trying it once again. I found out some information before trying it about a week later and after a day I felt wrong, I stopped.
Was I ever involved in e-whoring whilst my time on sythe? No
Will I return to e-whoring? No

C) The SE - The method was actually survey websites such as points2cash, points2shop which allowed you to get membership for surveys.

Hopefully you can see that I have matured since these events. They were both a while ago and although I only returned for a couple of days, I think I started to show that after my first pardon was accepted.

Why haven't you mentioned your interest in RATs?

 

I don't like that the e-whoring is so recent, honestly one year back and you made it seem like you weren't still involved yet only a year ago you were asking questions about it/answering some as well which leads me to believe you're somewhat knowledgeable of the subject.

That being said - have you closed your HF acc?

 

Ghast, I never had a interest in RAT's. I think I made 3 posts in that section in 2012 a few months after joining the site and never tried it.

Ghast, I did show minor interest but it never EVER got anywhere. The furthest I got was talking to someone over skype. I have since deleted the thread, not to try and hide it but because A) I don't associate myself with that B) It looks bad on my part
