But seriously dude, congratz on landing a job. But go to college or continue the websites if you're really making the figures you claim. Don't work the worst possible job for terrible compensation. People in my company make $50-$80 a hour and sit on their lazy asses. Go to college.

***Also, when calculating for a house. Like you said it can take 30 years or more to pay for. And you know why that is? Because mortgages force you to pay double by the time the life of the loan is over. So think about that when you make your estimates.

 

My friend, who is only a sophomore in college, will be earning $18k at his internship over a 3 month period, assuming he he has no overtime. Room/Food will be paid for as well.

That's only after a year and a half of college. College is DEFINITELY the way to go, I thought that was an established fact.

I don't think anyone is doubting that what you've done with your sites is short of amazing. That shows that you're clearly business smart and will most certainly do well. However, working for a $14 an hour job is the silly part since your talents are being wasted. You could do much better working elsewhere, especially since you've proven with your sites that you should be involved in running businesses, not being the grunt worker. College might not be the route for you, but it's the route for many people that want to avoid grunt work. So whether or not you start new businesses outside of your current sites or go to college to open yourself up to many more opportunities, I highly suggest you reconsider working at Kodak long term at the current position they have you at. But it's your life, so you can make the call.

Hmm didnt know getting a job for $14.00 was such a failure. The silver spoon runs deep in this thread for sure. The guy created some runescape websites which apparently net him 75k a year. He literally doesnt do anything but collect royalties while others operate the business.. Now he fucks around lands a decent job with a major company. So instead of sitting back and enjoying the 75k a year he strives to make more with a nice job working from his house. Its obvious none of you have ever actually worked manual labor jobs. You consider doing office work on a computer different or manually challenging is a complete joke.

4. He could take his website skills and create new businesses and gain even more PASSIVE income.
5. List could go on for years of things that are better than a close to minimum wage labor intensive job

Office jobs aren't labor intensive nor hard. That's the damn point of getting a great one. Work smarter not harder son.

My first job was as a painter interior and exterior in the summer. I would sweat buckets and I gained some major lean muscle. I know what labor jobs are like and it's not fun or worth it. And the real point is not that he does hard labor for money. That's fine. But he comes here and acts like it's a huge opportunity and he wants to have the job for the rest of his life because the pay is so goddamn amazing. Humble bragging for dayz. When in fact, the job is one of the shittiest ones I've heard of.

 

Sigh, I understand what ur saying but listen to me very carefully, there a variety of factors effecting me staying at this job.


Such as the following:

-My parents will make me pay $500 a month rent if I dont get a job(loss of $6,000 a year)
-My grandmal told me she will write me out of her will(she collects silver like I do)
-My parents made it clear they wouldnt help with a car/christmas presents etc or anything if I didnt get a job at least PART TIME.

Stragetically, this job is making me $28,000 & saving me $6k in rent, probably $5k in silver which I would inherient & then another couple grand for a car.


I am well aware of what I'm doing, I can assure u this job is more then sufficient in terms of pros vs cons.


Also, I need to establish at the very least a 10 year social security so I needed to get something towards that.


Not to mention its my first job, at my age companys start having problems if I go to get my first job at age 18-22.

Believe me lmao, I spent 3 years calculating and running numbers & possibility, ultimately the job became worth it once I turned 18.

No-Where did I ever state I WOULD NOT go to college, I said if things work out, I might not have to go to college, if you were 18 with $50kk in the bank from the past 6 months(I have posted proof of sales & profit on other threads) and more coming in, would you bother going to college when you can retire at 50, College is always a possibility, but not a requirement for me like it is for so many others, u act like thats a negative, its a positive.

I would and do gladly pay my rent so I can have my own space away from my parents. With your supposed income you could easily afford to do that.

With a college level job the rent will be made up tenfold or more, you can make your inheritance twice in a month and buy a car every year or two cars if you're spendy.

So the little list you just made could be easily compensated for with a ACTUAL great job or by continuing to work hard at being a entrepreneur. This isn't even to mention the great time you could have at college vs the manual labor you face at your job now. And working in a factory with 20 ppl or w/e sounds awful compared to a office where you work together on projects etc.

People go to college to avoid getting a job like yours because most people agree that it's just a crappy life.

But you're 18, still have tons to learn. I'm of the opinion your views will change very soon haha. These are the years where you learn what you as a individual really value. I recommend moving out though so you can make unbiased decisions about your life.

My main profit is actually coming from the rsps I'm invested in/own , rs07/rs3 is honestly a crap market in terms of sales.


I actually dont re-sell gold very often, When i calculate RSPS profits, I sit down and take rs3/rs07 at our BUYING price($1.03).


If I sell 100m a week(or 500m use whatever #) at $1.30, that's just extra money, People think I'm involved in Rs gold alot, but I'm honestly not hardly at all lol.


That's why I'm able to cut under my competition, most of the gold I sell I'm not re-selling,its just extra.


That entire 2b rs3 I sold to won & other 2b to a few others, I took for rsps at 0.19, so even at .205,I profit extra .
