    Hi, I just wanted advice on what to do.
    The story so far goes as follows:
    I sold a CSGO item for $400 on PA, I then realized my Paypal was an old one I had shutdown and asked compliance2 to transfer my new one. Now I'm no Playerauctions admin but I know that changing a simple email doesn't take 2 weeks. I then contacted customer service, they told me to message mediation and I did so. Then that took days on its own, they reply after 3 days and failed to reply to my latest email which is the funniest thing.

    What I don't understand is why they told me to provide proof of delivery etc. when the buyer confirmed it and its clearly gone through lmao.

    Here's the recent transcript of a chat I just had, I emailed mediation again and no reply. I need my money by the 26th and made that clear but no fucks were given, I admit I began to lose my cool part way through but who wouldn't?

    What do you mean possibly? Paypal doesn't take 2 weeks to send a payment it happens within a day or two.

I was then told to email mediation who came up with another reason thinking I had not even delivered my item and asking me to confirm delivery through proof. If I have sold it and its marked sold on your databases and clearly visible on my profile through the positive feedback I received why is it that I haven't received my money yet?

    Thanks Ghast, did as you said but no reply from either the mediation team or any response from PA at all on here or via email. I'm pretty much screwed in terms of money now. I don't even know if I'll even get the money ,-,

    The person I linked you to is the director of PA. He said there was a long backlog that he'd soon get to. Just wait patiently and I'm sure he'll get to your case.

    Thanks man, missed my payment date so now all I can do is wait. Just so disappointed in the service they offer. Thanks for the help again and I just hope I actually get paid lol

    Mediation finally replied after I had another chat with customer support. Even though I imgur linked them to proof that they require for some reason even though delivery was confirmed weeks ago lol.
    It seems to me they just stall during the week and say that a payment cant be sent out during the weekend....

    Last time I ever use this terrible company. Just talked with customer services and for some wonderful fucking reason the whole mediation team is "away". I can't express how much this shit pisses me off. Now I have to wait till Monday to even get a reply and frankly all they do is keep pulling another reason out of their ass to prolong paying me. Reading the 4 pieces of evidence I provided are like reading the god damn alphabet. I literally showed them that the buyer still has the item on his account so how the fuck have i scammed it???????????????????

    tl;dr : never fucking use playerauctions. I thought after years of buying they would have an equally seamless selling process but they are THE most terrible website I have ever used.
