    can a person run a skilling service then contract his jobs out to other skilling services... i think thats really shaddy

    This isn't? It happens with boosting services fairly often.

    Like, customer orders from me for example, but all my workers are booked so I go and use someone else to fulfill his order.

    i feel like you should explain this in your thread if it is what you intend to do... i think people expect YOU to be the one doing your services, and if you're not up front about who you work with, I find that shady. if you claim to use a team and vet them, that's fine though.
