Dispute Ban: Silly Sean

Hey guys yesterday I tried to recover my account only be told that it was banned.
After seeing the report I noticed that the user that posted the report has twisted the story. Il admit that I hadn't paid him the full amount but I wasn't the one to delete him on Skype he did that since I didn't pay him within 1 extra day or whatever it was. I paid him the 148M and was working on getting the rest but he proceeded to just recover the account and delete me on Skype since he was impatient. At the time I didn't really care for Sythe since I was scammed very early on but now I would like to come back to sythe as I feel I have done nothing wrong. I also read the pardon process out of interest and its states that all victims must be refunded prior to pardon. Why should I have to refund 148M to a guy that recovered an account from me. Can you post proof of him recovering the account.

If he indeed did recover the account, then you aren't liable and will be unbanned - provided there are no other outstanding debts/scams.

What sort of proof can I show that he recovered the account? It happened ages ago I could show myself not able to login but that would seem pointless.

maybe show your conversation with him confronting him about it? that would be a start at least

I didnt even know I was banned on powerbot as I havent even logged in since a year ago and dont even rememeber my login (different from this). I had deleted all contacts off my skype (except personal) after the sythe incident since i was scammed. Maybe since I deleted people on skype and didnt login to sythe/pb something happened and i was banned on pb. im really not sure.
