Banned for nothing ?

I would prefer if someone else besides Ghast handled this, as he clearly did the wrong thing

Someone was interested in buying a skiller, so i pmed him to buy mine, he reported me for 'scamming' because i had sold it before

Yes, i sold the account before, the person eventually regret it and since no harm was done to the account ( level 3, all melees 1 ) i accepted the exchange back.

The person who bought/Refund the account back then is now banned, i spoke with the guy using IRC ( Internet Relay Chat )

Ghast banned me because i have no evidence of the convo ( Mibbit doesn't save it, and he is prolly 2lazy to use his mod powers and look around forums ) and assumes i am scamming when there aren't any whatsoever reports against me about the account for months now

If i am not allowed to re-sell an account that i previously sold before then got refunded back, i didn't know

I hope this gets resolved quickly so i can file a complain agains't him for bad use of his rank

Account selling thread

I asked you who you sold the account to and you said Skillerpr0.

In the thread it's clear that he ONLY offered an account swap, and it certainly didn't pique your interest, in which you continued to bump the thread for 3 days.

If you did in fact sell the account to him, he must've contacted you through two methods.

1. A PM
2. Skype

Proof you do use skype

You said you didn't get a pm, nor used skype for this trade. How would he had known to contact you via IRC if you don't publicly display so? Surely he, or you, had to pm one another. I asked if you/he pmed each other and you said no.

Is there any physical evidence that this trade took place and that a refund did occur?

I'll let another staff member decide the outcome of this dispute, but you should answer that question.

 

Yes there was a brief skype conversation, but my skype delets all convos every 2 weeks ( yes this is possible if you go on settings )
Meanwhile i tried to re-add him again but he isn't accepting the request

 

If you have no evidence of selling the account, you'll have to remain banned.

 

ghast's right in this case. also not sure why you would elect to delete your old skype convos automatically... i have 1,700 contacts and hundreds of thousands of messages and no problem loading/saving them. but anyway, unless you can provide proof for your end of things, we can't unban you. if you can dig up anything that validates your claims that'd be great - like if you sent him any pms, we can search through those

i did it because i was once hacked ( skype ) and people stole info from me because it was all listed there, thats y

 

You'll have to remain banned since you can't show proof of you selling the account and issuing a refund.
