Account Recovery - Email Issues

I've lost access to my account "OSRSGmt", im trying to change the password but im not receiving any emails.

I think the email address set-up with this is [email protected] but i see you're having problems with the hotmail email address's.

You could always check my IP address to the account, it should all match.

Anyways, because of this problem i have created a new email account and was wondering if it could be linked to my sythe account? The new email address is: [email protected]
