Need Help with Transparent Image.

Hey guys, I had someone make an Avatar for me for the site. (my current one) and it is supposed to be transparent, but everytime I save with paint/imgur it is taking the transparency off. any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance

 

Don't save it with paint. Send it to me & I can upload it on a image hosting site for you/post it here.

I tried using the link in the url part and it didnt work, and then again I tried saving the image through sythe and save as on my computer. Idk what to do .
