Unfair how a reputable seller can scam (wongold) and get unbanned lol.

Wongold scams some dude named Antonio_Kala by charging back a payment, taking advantage of the fact that user Antonio_Kala doesn't check his paypal. The user finds out a few weeks later that it was charged back, files a scam-report and only then, wongold gets banned. Within a few hours she refunds and gets unbanned.

Doesn't this warrant a TWC? Wongold would of literally gotten away with charging back $290 if Antonio_Kala didn't check his paypal + this offense was committed with intent. Had it been any other user, I highly doubt the unbanning would of happened so quick, or happen at all. For sure if any other user did this, a Trade with Caution would of been issued if ever he were to get unbanned.

Just cause WonGold has a huge reputation doesn't put her above the rule. Neither does it put her above other users.

They use throw away PayPals which get limited quickly, it was most likely a dispute initiated by PayPal, not WonGold themselves.

 

Honestly I believe won. how was he/she (whatever) supposed to know he never checks his pp? I mean you don't think won was thinking the guy was going to take 300$ and forget about it in his pp forever lol...

In china you get flagged for sending to many personal payments, so they use throwaway paypal to pay the fees for buying, or nobody would sell to them.

PA funds their throwaway paypals directly or indirectly, and they use those paypals to send to customers.

 

Maybe not in this situation for the reasons others said, but it really is bullshit that you can get away scott free with an attempted scam because you paid them back
