Wongold charged back $290

I sold 200m to wongold on october 9th 2015.
I then recieved the payment which at the time was $1.45usd/m with fee for $290. from paypal: MACORAZON BANQUERIGO

I then stopped checking my paypal cause i don't go on there to often, but i checked it today and he charged back the $290 on the 16th, and since i din't even realize it, paypal refunded him the money on the 30th oct.

today i messaged wongold and he said it might be his new "paypal" having problems and he will check later, but it has been now 8 hours since i messaged him. : http://imgur.com/pR10ZcO

I just messaged him again and no answer at this point, i also found wierd that he did not want a vouch for our transaction, but when i insisted we did vouch it.

i had sold him 200m earlier that's why the vouch shows for 400m.

I really hope this is just an error on his part, and we can get this solved, because one off the reasons i sell for a lower price to trusted people is to avoid situations like this one...
