banned account

hi, i am still waiting on my account 'y0 eazy' to be unbanned.

It was banned because someone hacked into my account and used it to hack someone else you can even check the IP address it was on, and I was banned personally for it for no reason... I did not break any rules and i am a legit player.

No idea how the hacker got into my account i just want my account back. please reply asap

you let a hacker get ahold of your account. you could have enabled 2 factor authentication to prevent this from happening, but you opted not to. yeah, it's kind of a crappy situation to be in, but you'll have to refund the affected people before getting back on sythe.

speaking of which, was anyone actually scammed by the person who hacked your account?

I did not let him on my account it got hacked, i have no idea how and yes the hacker scammed him around 150$ csgo, I don't play csgo no idea what it is. But if i knew how to protect the account i would have did so.

The person that got hacked submitted a thread saying my account hacked him so therefore my account got banned.

Can I not just make a new account or anything?
