Requesting Pardon For Ban Evasion/Scamming/IP Banned

I am Requesting a Pardon For Scamming/Ban Evasion.
I recently decided I wanted to use Sythe.org And when I came to Sign in It said I had two registered Accounts with the following IP. This happened a while ago and I cannot find the links for the pages. It has been over 6 months since I have used this site, so I cannot find my Thread or the person I scammed. I cant even log into Sythe.org to look up my Thread because i am IP Banned.

For Ban Evasion.. I admit I tried to Evade my ban and take full responsibility for my actions. I wasn't intending on scamming anyone when I was evading. I had come back 3 months since that time and was trying to start a new service as i wasn't aware i was banned because it let me make a new account. I didn't know i had to make a ban request before i could start using Sythe.org

I am also not aware of the person who I scammed and if a moderator helps me I will sure pay them back for what I scammed.
