Bumping two threads in one section?

Is it allowed to bump two threads in one section? I currently help advertise a Barbarian Assault leeching CC in the Oldschool Runescape Minigame Services section by bumping their thread, but I don't own the CC at all and I'm not the original poster of the thread. I just help them get some business because they are good friends and I like to hang out in their CC.

I was thinking about starting my own personal services thread in same section but I'm unsure if that's allowed or not if I continue bumping the other thread.

 

I would stick to promoting your own business as I do believe others have been punished before for bumping others threads.

I believe you can no longer bump your own threads anyway, there was a new sticky created.

 

you can bump only one thread per section per person.

I'm pretty sure you are aloud to bump others threads as workers bump gold shop threads all the time.
