I tried logging in today and it wants me to change my password threw my email address. That email has been compromised / Deleted by google.

You have absolutely no IP match with the account - not to mention your claimed registered email is wrong.

Denying this recover for now. If you want to recover your account post from your home IP - it needs to match because you have no other methods of proving your identity.
