Making Rice claiming work thats not his

I was mislead to believe that Making Rice was the original creator of the Sythe logo due to it listed in his GFX shop thread. I later learned that it was there to be a link to a shop, however I also believe that his thread needs to clarify that since it seems a bit misleading. However, the reason I am reporting him is because when I contacted him about the logo implied that he was the original creator by giving me the go-ahead to use the logo.

Luckily I later figured out it was Moonglare and I was able to get in contact with him to get the proper written permission. However, I feel like this should still be reported, so did Moonglare when I told him about it. So, here is the info.

He already has a TWC, not sure what else could be done.

Also I know reputation on other websites don't really matter here, but he is also banned on his OS shop that is also linked on his shop thread. http://osbot.org/forum/topic/48983-s...ers-completed/ (Same Skype listed)
