How you gonna cover exp loss if you die?

As there is no guarantee on no death (literally anyone can attack you, everywhere.) I have to put it in as a TOS to protect myself. Unfortunate things do happen. This is unlikely though as we will always chose for the safer, but sometimes longer routes.
