rsorder refuses to refund accidental order

was checking price on there site and i derped and bought 400k DMM gp for 15.97$ i instantly join live chat and tell them order# + my mistake, in there heavy 4n language they tell me to meet them in game so the trade looks real, i ASSUME they need to do that for the refund? idk....

so he gives me the 400k in game and i instantly say do i just give this back now? and then finally notices i want that refund and said i can get it. then says no. then gives me some discount code lol? then ignores me for 2 hrs go on live chat on a VPN 2 more times and they continue to ignore me. been 3-4 hrs now.

I've gone ahead and PM'd user in question to get that refund started, thanks.

 

Already did that and forgot to post here, can't hurt for a global to do it though. Also I can accept the gold and confirm the refund. Apparently Eva used Bogla's paypal while it was logged in.

 

Almost a week has gone by, multiple PMs from Eva, me and Ardy together. Eva and I even tried their livechat with no response. Banned them till they sort this out.
