He is supposedly a trusted firecape service with hundreds and hundreds of vouches.

He scammed me for over 30 million gp, did not get the firecape, and will not reply on Skype. How can a trusted guy who's been on the site for over 5 years do this and get away with it?

If anyway possible, I want a refund from him, and him banned until this is resolved. untrustworthy and doesn't deserve to be on this site.

I believe you talked to an impostor. The Skype you talked to was live:jevonrsbuyer while jevon's skype, as stated on his thread and his profile is jevonrsbuyer.

To avoid getting scammed by impostors in the future, make sure you always get a skype pm and make sure the pm matches the conversation exactly.
