This is a thread stating mine and riches Official Terms/conditions for the following trade.

58m agility XP for 300m 07GP

Terms:

Riches will pay me 130m 07 upfront, I will begin my service he will then pay me 20m 07 more on friday the 13th of october. He will then pay 50m half way through the service then another 50m, then one more 50m once completed.

My working schedule:
Monday 5am-5pm
Tuesday 9am-5pm
Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 5am-5pm
Sunday 5am-5pm

All my work will be 100% Hand done.

Conditions:

YOU reserve the right to terminate the service after a payment is made, EXAMPLE: we are half way through and you wish to cancel you will pay the 50m agreed then the service would be terminated.

I reserve the right to terminate the service if you fail the reach one of the following.
The account information is changed.
You are afk on skype longer then 72 hours.
You are banned on sythe.

A termination of service will result in a refund of the buyer unless he is in breach of sythes TOS such as scamming a member i would retain the GP until a staff member advises me otherwise.

If I am playing at the same time you will need to log all the exp you gain because your 58m may not happen till there is 80-90m total!
