Freebie Section

I have seen a freebie section used many times on different forums, and they usually get a bit of attention from people who are trying to help out.

Basically just a spot maybe towards the bottom near the graphics section called "Freebies". This can be for things as small as free perfume or for users to offer some services for free as well if they wish.

Most would say they could just offer freebies in the section market that they work in, but I think it would be easier for most to be able to scroll through an entire section to find what they need.

What do you guys think?

Just to clarify, I'm not talking about a giveaway section where people post stuff they want to giveaway. I'm talking about when someone find a deal on something small for free, they can share the find with others that might want it as well. OR, they can post services that they want to offer to the community for free as well.

 

On the dns no support

 

I've looked through that list 3 times now and don't see where it says not to suggest it. I see a no Charity section and no Giveaway section. A charity section meaning a place to ask for donations/free crap and Giveaway section meaning a place for people to host giveaways for free stuff.

Like I clarified above, this is a section where users can post freebies they have found. I know all the time I find small things like free ad credits on Facebook or something stupid like a free coupon for a breadstick from Pizzahut lol. Things like that.

 

Something similar (giveaways) is on the DNS list.

Also, a new section is never going to be created for anything unless there's already a certain amount of threads in another section, which is not the case at the moment.
