I got banned?

I got banned and I went to the link shown and I have NO idea what is going on. Did someone hacked my account? Instead of banning me why couldn't you just let me change my password? I don't understand why i am banned. I never scammed anyone, I have no idea what this link is talking about and I would like my account back please. If i got hacked can i not just change my password??
