I had sent one/two PM’s before on Sythe which would have passed the 1 month requirement. If you can see grantgrant’s inbox is should be there. Also tried searching up his email [email protected] via facebook, and google search engine to find any related contact info, unsuccessfully.

Banned for Evading on Keyer (Created by someone else)
Created account “Lochiners” in 2012 (?) to sell account or gp or something, is not banned but I guess that counts as evasion. Pretty sure created it when I was in Florida.
Banned for Evading Haggerty
Banned for Evading Kindle, and the weird grantgrant dispute.
There should be some other accounts, which I did not use personally but was used in my household. My brother got me into Sythe when I was like 12 to initially get memberships for free. Pretty sure he scammed them, unless he did services which I doubt.


• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Previously: My brother and I played RS and always were building accounts, making twins etc. Our parents cut off the money for membership and wouldn’t let us use the money we earned from odd jobs (they despised RS) so he found Sythe, where there was a Pin Market. Fast Forward a year/two…


Keyer - (no Victims – Evasion)– I was given this account by my brother, who got a Sythe friend to do it because he knew what ban evasion was. I didn’t really question that logic, so I used this account. Not much to say other than I was legit, and did not scam. I was banned by Roary for evasion after the person who gave me the account scammed me. I reported him, where he was banned for an unrelated evasion. He revenge reported me for evasion. I can’t search up the thread where I posted the scam report because I couldn’t find it on google and figure that creating another Sythe account would be frowned upon to say the least.


Haggerty (No Victims – Evasion)- http://www.sythe.org/runescape-guides-minigames-servers/1457055-how-win-dicing.html I was really weird back then. Anyways, I was banned for evasion on this account as well. Nothing really to add.


Lochiners (No Victims – Still Unbanned) – I created this account at some point and made a transaction on it. Forgot about it, it’s collecting dust if any mods want to increase their mod score.


Kindle (Evasion from Haggerty, and grantgrant dispute(?) – Related to Kindles on Powerbot)
Soon enough, I got the itching to make some money to fund my RS ventures, so I created a new account, Kindles. I used this on PBot and Sythe. I had 50+ Vouches on Sythe and 75+ on Powerbot.


Sythe dispute: I sold an account to the user “grantgrant,” an initiate pure on RS3 (OSRS wasn’t in play yet). I ended out buying the account back, and attempted to resell the account on Sythe for a profit. I was then banned for this, and to this day remain confused about what happened. However, I have made attempts to contact grantgrant.
About half a year ago I sent him a private message on Sythe in the rare event he would log on. I sent another PM more recently, and then sent him an email on august 28. I searched up Grant Avery on Facebook, and tried looking at pictures to see if there were any runescape references from the time period he was active.
I was very aware that I was evading on my account, “Krillex” and figured that my time was limited. I really wish I could say it was remorse which pushed me to reaching out to him. I feel shitty saying it, but honestly, it was more of a business decision. I am sorry that I couldn’t get things straight with him. I also regret that I was very vague with my private messages. Rather than own up straight away that I was Kindle, who he disputed earlier, it resembled something like, “Hey, please add my skype: krillexpb – I would like to pay you.”


Powerbot dispute: My brother was home from college and wanted membership. He knew I had an account and was trusted and just scammed for the members by making a similar skype and sending the PM from my computer (I always use skype on my phone because I am at school a lot). I tried paying him back but he refused to accept it to make a statement that trusted people are sad scammers or something similar. I am going to forward Sky from powerbot (I bought one of his accounts for $100) the 18M RS3 in the form of $10 PayPal once I can find his email. Klaus, the victim of my Powerbot scam, was banned for evasion, and originally scamming Sky for a significant amount of RSGP. (www.imgur.com/GLLxOMH , www.imgur.com/VbsG7gN).

Why I should be pardoned: As “Krillex,” I have never had a problem on Sythe. Over 90 trades have been conducted, and I really found my niche in this market. I also have 200 Vouches on Powerbot, and 65 Vouches on OSBot. Early in January of 2015, I began renting out maxed rs3 mains to a staking FC, and have continued to do so for the next eight months. I now rent to multiple generals (they hold 4b+ RS3 at once), as well as an admin who has held 30b+. The emails are registered to mine, so that means I have had the opportunity to boot the various stakers off of the accounts when they had a large pot. I chose not to, because that’s not me. On a side note, I have been extremely active in the Dicing Lounge, and never failed to pay throughout my $100's of dollars of dicing.

As for my string of evasions, I am genuinely sorry for doing so. Every time I have been banned for “evasion” as opposed to scamming, and the total time of sythe for each and every one probably has exceeded a combined year. Because this is the only market where I felt I could thrive, I just kept coming back to it. Maybe I should’ve asked for pardons from those other accounts, but to me that was a lost cause. Would anyone really pardon a newb who keeps getting banned for evasion? Maybe I should have done that anyways. I didn’t take the high road in that regard. I planned to, and if grantgrant had responded or not responded to my email within a month or two, you would've seen this thread from my unbanned "Krillex" account.

As a person, I felt that I really matured and grew through this site. This may sound pathetic, because this is mostly a runescape-oriented site, but I learned so much. Just the ordinary people I met who would ask me for a reduced price because they wanted to cash in their paycheck on an account, or those who were struggling to get started who I would take a chance on to get their business going, really taught me the passion that people within this community had for the game. I met a bunch of people who are chillers, and others who are spazzes, and more than a few people who turned into scammers, and I love them all the same. I learned from them all, and that in itself is invaluable.

Yes, except for the proofs of contact. Because I cannot access private message box (may have cleared out my PM’s since then anyways) I may have deleted it. Grantgrant’s inbox surely contains PM’s.





Final note:
If I’m not unbanned, I understand. Powerbot has a different system where they ignore other sites’ verdicts, so I will continue trading on there, and just lurk on Sythe. If this is denied, you can be sure that I’ll be back in another 6 months with 50 more vouches from Powerbot to reapply and show that I am still the same Krill. Would like to give a shout out to the Dice Lounge Addicts Anonymous (TNIT, Kays, Punjabi, Travis), keep making and losing that bank. If y’all want to refund my paypal sends, I can give you RS3/07 in return. Sky has been inactive on Skype, Powerbot etc. - Profile link: https://www.powerbot.org/community/user/9906-sky/ . Sliske, a mod on Powerbot and I tried to hunt him down but to no avail. We ended out leaving him a message on his profile feed in the case that he would log back on.

I rent out an 07 Account to partypete which he uses to transfer sums of cash. I assume there is an occasional large amount on there, but I don't check. Whenever he needs a RS3 account I allow him to use my personal rs3 account.

Immediately after getting banned on Sythe/PB, I was slapped with a TWC on OSBot. I had a few services completed on there and they had no issue with me paying after completion: http://osbot.org/forum/user/85493-krillex/
