Deadman death question

I'm a little confused about dieing..
If you arent skulled do any of your stats get lowered or do they only lower if you are skulled?

 

If you die to a player wether you're skulled or not you lose 1/2 the exp in skills you don't protect and you lose 28 of your most valuable items.

 

This sounds so fkd up haha. Can you bank anything? Can a level 100 attack a level 3?

Yes, a level 100 can attack a level 3.

 

You can bank however on death you lose your 28 most valuable slots to the PKer.

 

Unfortunately skulled or unskulled you basically face the same penalties. A bit harsh in my opinion but I dont think jagex has any plans on changing this.

 

Whats the point of skulls then.

I thought they were making it 3 most valuble items from the bank?

 

people can attack you without getting skulled and you cant enter safe zones for 30 minutes, walking around as a low level with garbage gear on probaly nobody is going to risk hitting you
