ekonkas 4th pardon

Hey, been some over 6 months since my last pardon attempt in March I believe. The result of the last one is shown here - http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1805200-requesting-pardon-ban-evasion.html
To summarize - given everything, Dave instructed me to contact the user from the original report and attempt to refund him the money ($55 via paypal). I had no form of communication with him other than his sythe username, so using one of the accounts I ban evaded with and still had not been banned (Badboy19 - listed it as an account I evaded my bad with on the pardon linked to above, still waiting for admin to ban it please) I sent him a message offering to refund the money -

I have followed all of the given instructions on what I needed to do, and after years of being banned I would really like to return to the sythe community.

For your sake I'll say re-make this pardon with the proper format or it'll just look like a shit attempt and get auto-denied
