League of legends - Season 6 changes

Riot just released some more info about the Season 6 changes.

This includes a new monster and ADC changes!

Are they replacing baron with that thing or is it on other side of map or what? only shows a pic of some baby baron where baron is and says it's to add diversity to top lane?

 

Nah baron will still be there but I think the baby baron will spawn much, much earlier.

 

Rift Herald looks op, especially if its a single-person baron buff, whichever person gets it is going to slaughter their lane.
Adding a DoT mastery, or on-hit speed boost is the most broken thing I've ever heard so I doubt that will ever happen.
Will be interesting to see the new AD items they bring out.
Concluding... Most of it looks to real to be true at this point as it would just make the games finish way too quick. I think they're giving us a little bit of false hope here.

Interesting read.

I like the idea of the rift king or whatever it is. Giving the top side of the map more relevance before nash.

 

Too much relevance though and it may just end up bot and top lane swapping around to better contest that objective (duo top, solo bot)

 

So the removal of mana potions and sight wards?.. idk anymore

 

Yay, marksman buffs. No more tanks (or supports, fucking tahm kench...) doing more dps than 3 item marksmen hopefully. It would be nice to play something other than Vayne and be able to kill Darius before he 1v5's my entire team. :l

Removing green wards is REALLY concerning, though I assume they'll still be in trinkets/sightstones. Can't wait until I try to play Evelynn and run past a pink ward every 5 seconds or play a lane bully and can't sufficiently ward my lane...

 

Not sure how I feel about masteries, but I am definitely excited for the variance in ADC's now. I feel like besides Ashe for engage and Sivir for teamfighting you can kinda take whoever and do okay with any comp.

 

I think they have great ideas, just no ways of implementing it without breaking the game

 

As an ADC main I'm pretty excited about the changes. We'll have to wait and see!

Trinkets will replace manual purchasing of wards.

As a competitive high level support:

YES. Will make bot feel new again. <3

 

Tbh, I just want the spirit stone back, or some variation of it. I'll be sad if they don't shake up the jungle as they have in previous pre-seasons. Runeglaive isn't as good as spectral wraith on zyra jungle, and syndra jungle is unusable without heal/dmg dealt in jungle.

Excited about the warding changes though.

 

They are changing up league too much it doesn't have the same feel seasons ago where the game was much more fun

 

I know right? Really missing how spirit stone made almost every champ viable in the jungle..

Tbh Season 3 was a high point for league then it went slowly downhill from there. This meta especially is horrible to play in.

 

Most diverse Meta we've ever had atm. Also, more people playing ranked now, than in s3. I guess that's your personal opinion though, not factual.
