New Way to scam or to report people

Well recently i have found out that there is a new way to scam or a new way to report people without them actually having anything to do with the account. I will show you how with these pictures. In this example i will use Thorpe.

As you can See I am on [email protected] but i have also used thorpes email as the under message so it looks like i am currently on thorpe.


Here we can see what i have done to make it look like i am on thorpe or what you can do to make it look like you are on thorpe. Excuse the capital t.

I was offline at all times so that no one is confused. I thought that Mods should know this as it is something that could get a lot of people banned. As everyone says make sure the person pm's you first. You should require them PM if they are able to get banned

lmao i have so many chat logs sof friendsI did that to, never thought it would be used for scamming.

 

This is why you should always ask for a PM.

 

If you ask for a PM you most probably wont get scammed unless their Sythe account is hacked

 

Its more of a way to report people for scamming as ive heard this has been done

Yeh they seem to be kinda missing the point and it is actually pretty common, alot of kids think they can blackmail or make threats to get them banned with their "proof". Since pics are usually what you need to get someone banned it really isnt hard to do this successfully.

 

Its sad, people get mad to they try and get mods banned... What is this world coming too?

 

pming will help reduce alot of scammers... people have to actuslly pay attention tho....

Well, if we suspect you are faking the SS we can just request the .xml file. Then you are fucked.

 

i just ask for a pm and dont worry about anything

Not everyone saves them though. Well atleast I know I dont, I dont really know how to except for saving the rtf logs.

 

Anyone with wordpad(or notepad) can edit those.
