I come home to realize i've been banned for suspected scamming of two users (correct me if i'm wrong).

In the screenshot above, I can vouch for replying with 'I'll get back to you on this -- not home now' but the rest of the conversation is either fabricated or of control of somebody else. I'm in the process of recovering my skype back as it claims my skype account doesn't exist anymore when I attempt to login/recover it. I'm unsure as to what I can do to prove this wasn't me other then dispute the information I'm seeing in the screenshots.

My display name has never been 'Jordan Based' and I also don't actively deal with gold, not to mention I don't even own a BTC account so to me it's clear who-ever hacked me is attempting to scam as many times as possible before getting caught. Please, allow me to answer any questions concerning this that will help my efforts to get unbanned as I can ensure you this wasn't my doing. Thanks

more proof showing my skype/sythe was compromised on the day of scammings..have yet to recover my skype -- takes up to 48 hours apparently

 

I believe you were hacked, but I'll leave this up for more opinions.

 

You can match my ips to some banned usernames and the ip that was on escorted accounts the day of hacking. I got his password from a database. Just letting you know because as far as i can tell through his priv messages and skype he was a legitimate trader.

I changed his password on skype and his email and pass on sythe. Im sure you can verify that via the logs.

 

I thought your skype was hacked, not your sythe account. Considering your sythe account was compromised and used to scam, you will be held accountable to refund the users scammed before you can get unbanned unfortunately.

my skype/sythe shared passwords unfortunately, so yeah both were compromised -- as for payment, how exactly would I go about paying and if both parties agreed could I offer them equivalent in services rather then the latter?

Also, would I be able to get the list of usernames banned under the ip that hacked me? Think thats all for now, thanks.

 

if you show proof of both parties' agreement that would suffice. and i don't think you should be removed from that list, personally. any account that's been at-risk in the past should be documented accordingly

Okay, so now I still need proper guidance on how I go about contacting them? Also, correct me if i'm wrong but your claiming my ip/username should be associated with the hackers banned users/ip for extra clarity in the case that anything happens in the future? If so, thats reasonable/understandable but i'd still like to get a list of usernames that match the ip of self-proclaimed hacker for personal reasons. I don't see the problem considering it isn't revealing any personal information and it would be doing me a lot of good. ty again for your time in reading/assessing my situation

Yes, the account was used to pm MrEvilPwns.

I suggest contacting MrEvilPwns about repayment since the victim of the scam does not have a sythe account, and MrEvilPwns was used as the middleman.

I'm not calling you a lier but could you provide proof of my profile contacting mrevilpwns, i'd also like an explanation as too why an OMM/500$+ donar is allowing upfront payment for service he is 'MMing' in the first place?

I don't understand your second question. If you read the report he made, it should clear your questions. The money won't be going to him either. His friend did not own a Sythe account, therefore he was used as a middleman to join the two together (victim & hacker).
